Heritage Bank

Heritage Bank (now Renasant Bank) changes its image with its stand-alone Lee County branch, thanks to Maschke Associates’ contemporary design.

The project entailed the design of the first new stand-alone bank branch building for HeritageBank of the South (now Renasant Bank). Maschke Associates paid particular attention to establishing a contemporary image for the bank with durable long-term construction materials and detailing. The incorporation of the cast concrete stone veneer was the first in the area. The structure also features energy-efficient windows, brick walls and slate-like roofing materials. Interior spaces were designed for function but also for security to ensure oversight of all spaces from multiple vantage points.
